Cannot generate an RSU image with encrypted source code for Agilex7

    Hello,

    I think we can close this ticket now.
    Apparently the customer has been able to solve this issue.
    But I have not explanation how he solved it (I am not indirect contact with the integrator, there is the end customer in the middle).
    In case the issue reproduces I will aks the integrator to open a support ticket by himself.

Hi


Could you check if the IPs that are used in your design are listed in the license file?

In quartus could you try going to "tools > license "

All the IPS that are used in the project should be listed here.
