Cannot generate an RSU image with encrypted source code for Agilex7

    Hello,

    I think we can close this ticket now.
    Apparently the customer has been able to solve this issue.
    But I have not explanation how he solved it (I am not indirect contact with the integrator, there is the end customer in the middle).
    In case the issue reproduces I will aks the integrator to open a support ticket by himself.

Hi

The line below indicates that you are using a evaluation license.

Info (210040): SRAM Object File output_files/ofs_top.sof contains time-limited IP that supports Intel FPGA IP Evaluation Mode feature -- Vendor: 0x6AF7, Product: 0xFFFF

If it is possible try taking a look the license file you create if there is this line like the screenshot below:

If you see it is writing Evaluation License then it is not a permanent license.

Hi,

I do not have this kind of comments in the license file.
See attached.

Also, there is nothing displayed in the console when I generate the license or perform the encryption.
