Can we get a step-by-step SPL build process?

I notice there's a lot of people on this forum that are struggling to get the RocketBoards bootloader build to work properly for Intel HPS parts, and almost all of the threads end without a good solu...

So the guide is specific to 22.1 Std. Where are the instructions for older versions?
