AT24C256C-SSHL is an Altera part and I wish to know how to remove/sanitize it's nonvolatile memory.

It is a IC CPLD of the Max II family

    We no longer support AT24C256C-SSHL device.

    We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you.

    However, have you try to erase it using Quartus Programmer? Is it working?
