The uboot load successful. When load kernel, the file system, dtb file, kernel all load correcy, the peripheral inistal success, but the kernel can not enter to shell, the last log is " ttyS0 - fail...

Thanks for the logs, have you tried rebuilding the image with newer kernels, kernel 5.4 for example?
