Arria 10 SoC - Kernel load Failed. nRST output a low pulse.

The uboot load successful. When load kernel, the file system, dtb file, kernel all load correcy, the peripheral inistal success, but the kernel can not enter to shell, the last log is " ttyS0 - fail...

Hi,

The Quartus version is 18.1 Pro. There is no other peripheral in qsys sytem, just have the EMIF configuration, UART, QSPI Flash and EMAC.

There is also no error in error report.

I can attach my Quartus Project for you reference.
