Hello, Is there any API and drivers for PCIe under Windows that we might use for designing an application on Windows 10, which will transfer data from and to Arria-10 PCIe card?

Currently, the Design Example generated by Quartus Prime for Arria 10 comes with a software application that transfers data from and to Arria 10 PCie card. The Design Example includes drivers and software application that can run with Windows 10.
