Your Download Link for Quartus Lite (Linux) Does Not Work Correctly

I am trying to use the download link at http://fpgasoftware.intel.com/18.1/?edition=pro&platform=linux&download_manager=dlm3.

I tried to download the tar file, but it takes me to a login page which then takes me to a error page. It won't work no matter what I try. Please help.
