Wire Autolink

Is there a way when I move a wire so that it doesn't automatically link with any surrounding wire. I looked for an option and found nothing. I'm talking about Block Diagram design here.

This is kind of an extremely annoying behavior, your help is appreciated.

There you go, this is a block diagram. If you move the horizontal line two times up with the keyboard arrow, it'll stick to the lead of the vertical line.

At this point both lines stay joined no matter how I move the horizontal one.

Again it's extremely annoying. You could heard people swearing in the University course last weak cause of this when working on an homework.

We just switched of circuit designer software and we're not used to Quartus II.

In all due respect, I know this tool and it doesn't work... Move the horizontal line up (with the keyboard arrows) till it get passed the vertical line then move it back down, both line are now connected.

It seems as if a line ever cross a node, it gets stuck on it for life. I hope there's some kind of option for that. From a developper's point of view, I can confirm that this is sh**.

Another awkward behavior is that you cannot use file paths with spaces. I wonder if there's a reason for that....cause it's kind of an unforgivable issue

for a software of that grade.
