New ContributorWindows 10 runs into an exception and resets when trying to download RBF file to FPGA. There are no issues running under Windows 7. Have anyone encountered this problem? Is there a solution for this problem?

I checked on Quartus Prime v15.1 Support Release Notes, Windows 10 is not supported Quartus v15.1.

With newer Quartus versions CPLDs cannot be programmed or verified
May I know which CPLDs and newer Quartus version you are using?
