Why do I get a different result on my companion computer?

I have two machines running Quartus Pro 19.1 using a primary license and a companion license. On the primary computer my project builds and a programming file (sof file) is generated.

On the companion computer when I build an identical project I get a message during the Assembler stage stating that I have an unlicensed IP included in my project. The IP in question is a Nios IP that I don't have in my project and as far as I can tell the licenses are identical.
