Why dese my Nios II Development Kit(2C35) often reset automatically?

I have bought a Nios II Development Kit(2C35) . It often reset automatically when I communicated with Computer through Ethernet . I do not know why? Who can give me some advice?

Hi Avatar and LTS,

Thanks for your reply. I have a new discovery. In fact, the problem is the ethernet at Nios II Development Kit(2C35) was broken and then connected again when I send a string from PC to Development Kit sometimes. It cause my command lost. Are there any defects in lwIP ? How can we solve this problem?
