Why are partitions not supported anymore?

It used to be that you could have multiple levels of partitions and LL regions. Now with the latest software, you can no longer do anything but a flat design as Quartus 18 will crash or see conflicti...

No, it is ITAR/military. You don't support that code.

LL regions are also not supported in pro for import/export. At least no one appears to know how to do it.

WHen you use standard, it just crashes. So, it may be documented, but still unusable.
