Where are the other parts described in Chinese?

Some of them dont have Chinese version.

You can check this out in https://www.intel.cn/content/www/cn/zh/software/programmable/overview.html

Click on 产品 ->FPGA 和可编程的设备 -> 设计工具和软件

you will found out that some of the user guide don't have chinese version. Some of it have.
