What's wrong with my .mif file

Hi, I'm trying to initialize a ROM with a .mif file. I'm doing this for the first time, so probably there is just a simple mistake in my file. I used this guide http://quartushelp.altera.com/...

Thanks kaz, that worked!

Now I still need to know the right character encoding scheme to generate these files automatically, but that was the smallest of my Problems...
