Some of your connecting wires are black instead of purple, which makes me think they are not connected to the primitives listed in the error messages. Click and drag the ends of the wires and make sure you touch the correct connection points on the primitives so the wires turn purple.

Could you provide your project file(Project Menu-> Archive Project) *.qar file for replication purpose?
