Web edition for Stratix II is not available

Question

The issue is the following: I've got a couple of old Stratix II boards that I'd like to put to good use. In the past I was able to download Quartus II version 10.0sp1 which is free and supports Stratix II FPGAs. But this version has been removed from the website and there's no free alternative.Could you please provide me a link to a free version of Quartus II that supports Stratix II FPGAs?
 
I'm an individual who would like to play around with a coupld of devices he has at home.Thank you.RegardsEric
