we find a defect about that Program can't record I apply for intel web, but some information I don't know. We need to analysis ，please arrange RMA to us.

We need further clarification. May I know if this is a Intel Dev Kit or an component?

If this is a Dev Kit, please provide us complete OPN and list of Serial Numbers too.
