Okay, If your NIC ID appear is wrong.
You may be able to fix this problem by adding a key in the Windows registry.
Use the Registry Editor (regedt32.exe) to view the following key in the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters
Add the following registry value:
Value Name DisableDHCPMediaSense
Data TypeREG_DWORD -Boolean
Value 1
Reboot your computer for the change to take effect.
