I get the following error when trying to synthesize a design containing a NiosV in Quartus Prime 24.1std.0:

Warning (292000): FLEXlm software error: Version of vendor daemon is too old. Feature: 6AF7_018C License path: 27002@XXXX: FlexNet Licensing error:-83,147.

I updated the flexlm related files (lmgrd, alterad).

Running

/lmutil lmstat -S alterad -c 29000@XXXX

I get the following:
