Want to make AS programming on de2 board

I have complete file of vhdl file and that works successfully on my de2 board. but I want to make AS programming that need .pof filename extension. i changed that extension my file but it cannot...

Hi sir

I didn't get you ?

I have .qpf file extension.

I already read the de2 user manual. I don't know how to make .pof from .qpf

If I get .pof then I know how to run with de2 board.

Plz help me
