VIP Clocked Video Input MegaCore Function is not working

VIP clocked video input megacore function is not working

i am using VIP clocked video input megacore functionin in my design.

the inputs are the custom hsync and vsync, etc.

the pixel clock is 40mhz and the polarities of my hsync and vsync signals are reversed from altera style.

i have used signaltap to check the output data and output signals but there are no signal toggling.

please let me know any potential solutions.

    Can any one from ALtera answer my question?

    I have bad experience with this video IP four years ago but today it is still bad as before.
