VHDL code

Greetings everyone, I want to design a communications system using VHDL but it proves to be difficult for me. I was wondering is it possible that I consult someone else to do it in exchange for some money? Is there anybody who do these kinds of works?

    If you are a student doing homework then naturally it is not right to pay for someone to do work that you then claim yours. This may lead to legal problems and is unfair to your fellows who don't pay.

    However if you are a businessman then yes there are online designers for any software or HDL e.g. "upwork" where you can advertise your requirement and designers bid for it.
