using SignalTap for internal RAM

Hello friends, how can I use SignalTap to read the content of an internal RAM? Thanks

As I've understood, for enabling "In-System Memory Content Editor" we have to use MegaWizard? Is that right?

I didn't use MegaWizard for creating RAM.

Is there anyway to enable the "In-System Memory Content Editor" in this case?
