How can I use Modelsim to test designs that included megafunction generated IP? (Which files do I have to add to the Modelsim project, etc?)

Honored ContributorRefer to the documentation. In Quartus Help on the Contents tab, go to "Integrating Other EDA Tools --> Using Other EDA Simulation Tools". In the QII 8.1 handbook, see Volume 3, Section I, Chapter 2.
