USB Blaster won't program via MV interface?

I can program the old UP-2 (ByteBlaster II) within WIN7 and a USB Blaster but can't program a (EPM7064SLC44) via a simple MV hardware buffer (HC244) interface?? Is the USB Blaster NOT ByteBla...

What do you exactly mean with programming by USB Blaster through MV interface?
