USB Blaster not recognized in Windows 7

I downloaded Quartus Prime Programmer and tools, which includes a stand alone version of Signal Tap. This software package automatically installs the USB Blaster drivers. I then ran the stand alone version of Signal Tap and it worked. After I rebooted the computer, I could run Signal Tap from Quartus 10.1.
