USB Blaster Driver Software cannot install on Windows 8. Help!?

I'm running Windows 8 in parallels with OS 10.8 on a mac. It has been a miserable "Windows 8" adventure so far. I have downloaded and installed Quartus II v13 SP1. It has installed successfully or so it says. I need to configure my hardware settings because it is not recognizing anything. Therefore, I've went into control panel and devices and found that the USB Blaster was showing up. I right clicked and did a troubleshoot. It told me that it was unable to install the driver software. Here is the message as a screenshot. Can someone help me out with this. I checked out some other discussions related to this issue and they talked about rebooting window or some of that nature. I'm not familiar with that and i'm running Windows 8 on parallels for mac so it's been another adventure trying to find a related discussion on that.
