USB blaster Ce compliant alternative

Question

I used for prototype Quartus II and usb blaster standard device to program MAX II devices in-circuit; problem is, download cable has no declaration of conformity and all 3rd party similiar devices I found dont have one neither;

I want to program MAX II CPLDs on production floor, but I need CE compliant device for that;

Do you know the programmer thats works with Quartus and has declaration of conformity (both on paper/manual and CE marking on device)?

we cannot guarantee if using non-Altera (Intel PSG) programmer or USB blaster. We do not perform any testing or validation on those product.Thank you.
