Unable to Program the MAX 10 FPGA chip using .pof file

Hi,

I am unable to program the MAX 10 FPGA chip using .pof programming file. Whenever I tried programming the chip using the Quartus prime programmer the software shows me this error

I am able to program the chip using .sof file but unable to program the chip with .pof file.

Please tell me how can i fix this.

The chip i am using is 10M50SAE144I7G

the programmer i am using is Quartus Prime 15.1
