Unable to program my De1 board

i recently installed quartus 2 and am unable to program my altera cyclone 2 De1 board. i have the 150 day license and it even says the end date. And i do have USB blaster driver installed. Wen i try ...

you're just trying to program an .sof? i would create a new simple Quartus II project and test programming with the newly generated file
