Unable to generate uncompressed jbc-file

Question

Hello,
I am trying to follow the instructions below to generate an uncompressed jbc-file but quartus_jbcc doesn't seem to do anything. quartus_jbcc never exits at all. It doesn't matter what parameters I provide.

Any idea what could be wrong?

I managed to get it working by also copying all the necessary DLLs. Don't know why it didn't give me any errors or anything before.
