Unable to download "Quartus Prime Lite Edition" from Intel/FPGA web-site.

1.After try as you said to clear "the cache & cookies of browser, close the browser & then reopen & try to download",

It is still NOT working in IE, Chrome etc..

Still unable to login web-site and got "The username or password you entered was invalid." again

Still Unable to download "Quartus Prime Lite Edition".

2.After try your link ( https://forums.intel.com/s/feed/0D50P00003zHxWaSAK)

=> there is no "old thread to download Q18 Lite"

I think the key is "unable to login web-site " and got "The username or password you entered was invalid."

Any advice to help me to fix this problem?
