Unable to download ModelSim-Intel FPGA Edition (includes Starter Edition). Direct Link?

Regardless of what browser I use, I am unable to download ModelSim-Intel FPGA Edition (includes Starter Edition) version 19.1 for Linux. The download link just gives me javascript:void(o). ...
