UART received data getting corrupted

Hello,

I have written a code for the UART receiver for 115200 bps baud rate. While receiving the MSB bit is getting corrupted all the time. Please tell me where I have went wrong in this code. I have attached the code and signal tap screenshot for the start and stop bit. Uart_rx is the receiver signal.
