Trouble with Quartus prime convert programming file

I want to convert SOF file into raw binary file(.rbf) using Quartus tool convert programming file. I cannot generate .rbf file as its showing "NO input file specified".I have uploaded (.sof file)...

You have no input file listed in the bottom section "Input files to convert."
