Trouble with downloading

Hello, I'm having trouble downloading Altera Quartus ii 13.1 web edition. Every time I try to download it, it gives me an error telling me that it is"invalid_response". I have no idea what that means nor how to fix it. I would appreciate if somebody would help me out. Thanks in advance!
