traffic light controller VHDL coding

hi

i have to do a project using Quartus 2 which is traffic light controller. the circuit already done, but i not have the VHDL coding to run it.anybody here can help me how to write the coding???and i have to run it on DE2 board.:(

    so,i must use desktop only to get the output?actually i download my traffic light VHDL coding on DE2 and i want to get the output by using VGA cable.i borrow my friend's laptop as secondary monitor.but i not get any result from that.

    I don't understand what you want to do. The VGA cable is to connect a screen, not a desktop PC or a laptop. You have to describe better what you want to do with all this.
