Unfortunately, Quartus doesn't run natively on a Mac. You can use something like Parallels or VMWare to run Windows or Linux and then install it in that virtual machine.

macOS is not supported. The Quartus tool is only supported in the Operating System(OS) stated in the webpage below.You will need to run Virtual Machine(VM) with supported OS on mac machine, as mentioned by sstrell.
