Timing Violations workaround strategy

Though I can't see your design details but my feeling is that your problem has nothing to do with io paths but is rather internal immediately before/after io.

You can check io paths report in Timequest.

Your io sdc constraints of zero all over are the best ever for any design as it gives full clock period room but certainly that doesn't mean they are right but are very relaxing and unlikely to fail.

so in short I think you are looking to associate io sdc constraints with reported failures but I don't see any connection. You better identify what paths are failing.
