The quartus prime software quit unexpectedly(10M16SLY180)

Unexpected software error when I use LVDS constraints for pinsUnexpected software error when I use LVDS constraints for pins.The error message is as follows.Device Information:10M16SLY180 , The LVDS output pin information is J5.

    Unfortunately, we cannot directly provide the patch to you through the forum due to security reasons.

    Please contact our authorized local distributor and provide them with your company information and business justification. They will then file a case with us to obtain the patch for you.

    Another way to address this issue (patch can not be shared through forum) is to wait for a KDB (Knowledge Database) article to be published along with the patch release. However, please note that this process might take a couple of weeks.


    If your request is urgent, we advise contacting the distributor for quicker assistance.


    I will post the KDB link here once it is published.
