The output signals are not synchronized!

The output signals of the .vwf file and the compilation report-flow summary file are not synchronized!

After I reinstalled the OS, There's something wrong with the .vwf file and the compilation report-flow summary file in the quartus ii 9.1 of my laptop. I successfully complete functional simulation,and I can see the output signals have its values in the compilation report-flow summary file . But when I go to the .vwf file,the output signals are all at high impedance state.I tried many times to solve it, but all turned to be a failure.
