When you had purchased this cyclone V soc kit?

Please refer the below link, where it is mentioned that Arm* Development Studio for Intel® SoC FPGA (Arm* DS for Intel® SoC FPGA) is sold separately,

replacing Arm* Development Studio 5 (Arm* DS5) - check Download Center for details2

Also, Starting with Quartus v20.1 Intel® no longer ships Arm* Development Studio (DS-5) licenses for Intel® SoC FPGAs.

Customers who already have Arm* DS-5 can continue to use it with Quartus v19.4 and earlier versions.

Hi,

I tried checking internally, Please refer the Intel Product Discontinued notification for DS 5 EDS. https://cdrdv2-public.intel.com/677743/pdn1816.pdf

New board from V20.1 onwards doesn't come with this DS5 EDS serial numbers.

Now it is not possible to create the license file from the serial number as ARM stop this creating license from their side.

You may also try checking once with ARM FAE or ARM online tech support if they can help.

Can you please try to create license on the website silver.arm.com for older Arm DS 5 release i.e. before v20.1.

Also, try checking support from ARM side on this serial number if license can be generated or not.

Please mention the exact date of purchase of this kit and source of procurement.
