According to https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/po/ss-quartus-comparison.pdf, the Intel Quartus Prime Lite Edition software has limited language support for systemverilog. I had tried to compile the code in the Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition software, there is no error occurred.

BLee15It seems that you are saying "You should bear with random compiler crashes because you didn't buy it." My opinion is that If some feature is unsupported in free version, it should present (nice) error message, instead of random crash.
