Hi ! When I open the Quartus 18.1 Lite Edition System Console, it is nearly unusable because some fonts are too big. It is the only time where this happens, everywhere else in Quartus works fine. ...

I had try to install the Quartus Prime Lite through the link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/downloads/download-center.html with window 10, but i had no problem with it.
Can you provide the information as below:
- OS version
- Graphic driver version
- Display resolution
