system-console cannot load jvm.dll in quartus 13.1.1

I just installed Quartus 13.1 and the 13.1.1 update. The system-console gets the error: $ system-console Cannot load library: 'C:/altera/13.1/quartus/bin\jre\bin\client\jvm.dll' If I try it...

Thank you for your help. Copying the MSVCR71.dll file fixed the problem.

Sorry, but I'm not able to send an SR. The Altera support says I don't have a valid email address (but it is correct). I have the web edition of the software, so I'm probably not entitled to support anyway.
