synplify error: internal -error in m_altera.exe

today i used synplify to synthesis my design, selecting altera_place_and_route item in the rev1。 during the mapping stage of the synthesis, an error has occured ,and system noted that

' internal -error in m_altera.exe ' , i am very appreciate for you help:-P
