Support for Sign-in Issues

We bought several Quartus licenses a few years ago when Altera was still called Altera. I try to reach them in the SelfLiceningCenter. I've done this before and I've also had an Intel log-in before. Unfortunately, I can no longer register anywhere with Intel. Neither with my old Altera login data, nor with the new ones from Intel that I created after switching from Altera to Intel.

It's disturbing that I had to create a new account in order to post this question in order to hopefully find out how I can register with Intel in the future to my old account.

The website that I saved together with my former Intel access data is:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/de/de/my-intel/sign-in.html?source=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.intel.com%2Fcontent%2Fwww%2Fus%2Fen%2Fsecure%2Fmy-intel%2Fdashboard.html&redirect=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.intel.com%2Fcontent%2Fwww%2Fde%2Fde%2Fsecure%2Fmy-intel%2Fdashboard.html%3Ferpm_id%3D7028116

      Doesn't work at all.

      Neither on the right hand side;

      Nor on the left hand side:

    May we know, have you completed your registration. Based on my understanding, the application and approval process, will take up to 3-4 working days. After the process has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email and you will have no issue in logging in to the website.

    Please logging again into SSLC after that period/after receiving the confirmation email and let us know how it goes.

      Surely. We bought the licenses in 2016. At that time still at Altera.
      After switching to Intel, I created a login at Intel in 2020 to reach the SelfLiceningCenter at Intel. I remember that worked too. Now, almost 3 years later, I can no longer log in. I use a password manager, i.e. the link to the website and my login data are stored there. That means I can't have made a typo either.
