Support for device 1SM21BHU2F53E2VGS1 not installed

We have a Stratix 10 MX development board with device ID: 1SM21BHU2F53E2VGS1. We are using Quartus Pro 20.3 version but this device id is not listed in the available devices. If we skip this step, the software will automatically select a compatible device similar to the specified board which is not required for the board we have.

Please specify the steps to make our device (1SM21BHU2F53E2VGS1) visible in Quartus Pro version 20.3.

    Hi, seems like it is not supported in v20.3. Can you use our latest Quartus version? it is available in it.

      We have installed the latest version of 21.4 but we have the same issue. Please check the images which are device listed in v21.4 and as well as displayed error while restoring.

      Please note that my device id is "15M218HU2F53E2VGS1".

      We checked the device list, but found only these three devices "15M218HU2F53E2VG, 15M21BHU2F53E2VGAS, 15M218HU2F53EZVGBK"

    any idea how do you get this device part number? Are you getting it from any field engineering or sales representative?
