stratixIV device support - NO DEVICE

Hi, I'm a newbie here. I already installed Quartus v12.0 subscription edition. I also installed the device support for stratixIV. But when I make a new project it says that I have no devices installed. Then I installed any other stratix device support but still I get an error of no device. I have installed so many versions already but same results. NO DEVICE. Please help me with this. I have been trying to fix this for almost a week already. Did I miss anything? Please help me.

    Have you installed the devices file for the correct wuartus version

    I already solved it. Stratix device support requires a valid license to be functional. Something went wrong in my licensing procedures. I purchased a floating license so there are additional steps to perform. Thanks God its working now. Thanks for the reply.
